The position

We are committed to proactively managing the physical assets and facilities of Unitec in the best long term interests of Unitec and its students. Right now we are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to develop and implement a rock-solid facilities strategy to enable us to achieve our goals.

This will include capital project builds and improvements to the campus focused on student experience.

We'll be looking to you to develop a proactive culture, empowering our team to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others across Unitec to meet shared objectives.

About you

You need to have experience of project management and project delivery on scale. You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management or facilities management and the ability to understand different contracts and contractual application.

You need to be able to manage and influence people across the organisation from stakeholders to students through fantastic people skills and values based leadership.
