About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join the team supporting students in our My Career Pathway (Level 2) programme. You will provide a high level of student support and pastoral care to specific cohorts of students (mainly students in Trades and Horticulture areas).
The role will be fixed term for 12 months, from January 2018 until December 2018. This is a 0.8 position, you will be required to work 30 hours per week.
Are you an ideal candidate?
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working with youth and a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have a passion for working with young people and an interest in developing and maintaining caring relationships with them. You will enjoy working in a team environment and will have strong administrative skills, the ability tomanage competing tasks, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
