Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu is excited to be seeking a Coordinator to support the operations of the
Toi Tangata team. The role will forge strong relationships to deliver high quality, customer-focused services and will focus on continuous improvement, innovation and problem solving to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our people practices.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant field;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Be well organised, able to determine priorities and work to deadlines;
- Be innovative, solution-focused and demonstrate a high level of initiative;
- Continuously strive for personal development and growth;
- Demonstrate an openness to embracing a bi-cultural environment.
Tasks require strong attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a basic level of proficiency of te reo Māori and understanding of tikanga or a proactive desire to develop these competencies in a supportive learning environment.
