The Organisational Development team in Human Resources sits within Shared Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of DIA to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within the Department to make the best contribution to New Zealand.

We're looking for 2 people to join our team as Culture and Capability coordinators. The Culture and Capability Coordinators provide proactive administrative and logistical support across a range of programmes and services delivered by the team. In this role you'll support one or more of the team's current portfolio areas: Leadership; Diversity and Inclusion; Culture; Capability; or Policy, Strategy and Planning. On a rotational basis, this can include responsibility for DIA's Learning Management System (iLearn)

To be successful in the role you'll have:

  • A can do attitude and the ability to be proactive and flexible
  • Experience coordinating logistics for events, programmes and projects in a corporate environment involving internal and external providers
  • Experience administering training programmes through a learning management system or similar
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
